Bill Chambers is an experienced artist and printmaker with expertise in a wide variety of of printmaking techniques. He currently runs short courses from Cardiff Print Workshop in Wales, UK and teaches printmaking on the Art and Design Foundation Course at the Cardiff Arts Academy.
